Saturday Night Picnicin'

Saturday we had some absolutely gorgeous weather here!  We took full advantage of it in the afternoon and spent lots of time outside.  It was so beautiful.  I had my first adventure with the grill...so proud of myself!  I grilled the children hot dogs all by myself...and they loved them!  I decided since it was so nice out to get a big blanket and have a picnic...wow-it's the little things in life for sure...they thought they had won the lottery!  It makes me sooo happy to see them get so much joy out of something-especially something so small like a picnic!
Chowing down on hot dogs, corn, and blueberries.  Yum!

Someone was too busy eating to smile for the camera!

Thumbs up for a black cherry popsicle!

They LOVE popsicles!
PS-if you haven't tried Edy's whole fruit popsicles they are great.  I get the sugar free ones (we don't need any extra sugar around here) and they are really not bad at all but the kids still think they are such a treat!  A win/win for us all!
Running around

They love playing chase!
Hope everyone is having a great week and enjoying the weather...wherever you are!

Charlotte, Cupcakes, and a visit from Grandma!

A couple of weekends ago, our BFF's Auntie Brooke and Char-Char came for a visit!  We had a girls weekend while the boys went down to the farm.  We had the best time and enjoyed beautiful weather, shopping, and of course...cupcakes!!  Here are the sweet girls out on the patio Saturday afternoon sharing a Gigi's strawberry cupcake!

I love this one...so sweet!!
After they returned from the farm, it was spring break week at school so Grandma stayed a few days to play with Dalton and Anna.  They loved every minute of it!
Riding bikes

Anna enjoyed riding her bike, too!

Not a great background but a good picture of all 3!
Thanks for coming Brooke, Charlotte, and Grandma!  We love you all!

Easter 2013

Anna's basket
We had a bit of a non-traditional Easter Sunday this year...we had the day all planned out...church followed by brunch at our house.  Well-God laughed at our plans!  Dalton came into our room at 4:30 and said, "Mommy my belly hurts," then proceeded to throw up everywhere.  This was repeated 3 more times.  Poor buddy!  I felt so bad for him-and obviously we couldn't go to church like that.  So we had a nice relaxing morning at home.

The Easter bunny came to the Graham house!  They sure enjoyed their goodies!

Looking at his goodies :)

Yay!  Look what the bunny brought us!

Chillin in her new sunglasses and sandals

Loved his crocs and Wreck it Ralph!

Easter Dinner...yummy!!  We had hashbrown casserole, asparagus gruyere tart, peanut butter glazed ham, and succotash with hummingbird cake for dessert...delish!!

Little bit and her basket!  So sweet!  She loved her Elmo book :)

Happy Easter!
Fortunately Dalton was feeling better by the end of the day...here they are playing outside on Monday.  It was an absolutely beautiful day and we were outside for like 6 hours straight!

We love Nana J and Papa!

Anna sure loved her chocolate bunny!
Happy Easter to all!!!

A baseball game and Easter Egg Hunt!

Dad and Joanne came to visit us over Easter weekend and we sure had a great time!  We kicked off the weekend Saturday morning with an early morning baseball game.  Dalton played so well!!  He scored 2 runs-one was a double!
I love cheering on my brother!
There he is in the outfield...although he did move to shortstop position by the end of the game.  He did so well fielding this game.  He ran after the ball every time!

Up to bat!

Guess what?!?!  He won the Hot Wheels award!!  YAY BUDDY!!!
Papa, Nana J, and Dalton with his hot wheels car :)

After baseball, we went to the neighborhood pavillion for the annual Easter Egg hunt.  It was so much fun this year.  They had the pavillion area divided up into sections per age group for the hunt.  Pardon Dalton's attire-he insisted on keeping on his uniform and "eye black."  I swear--I think the eye black has made him a better ball player.  He is obsessed with it.
Anna loved hunting eggs!!  She did such a great job too!

Dalton and the big kids section

Yay Anna!  You found an egg!

Sweet girl...

Anna and Tucker....they love each other!
