Here are what I will call some stay at home day fall fun! Laundry baskets provide for hours of entertainment around here...

So I just realized i didn't even take any photos at Thanksgiving. We had a great thanksgiving this year, but it was very busy. We went to NC on Wednesday evening and our 4 hour trip turned into 8 hours. Clearly, this was in part due to traffic. The other part was my bright idea to start potty training the weekend before. About 6 stops and 2 hours of time later, I finally wisened up and put a diaper on her. By then, however, she thought "diapers are for babies" so we had some issues with that. Parenting fail!
We had a very nice dinner on Thursday with the Grahams and then went to my mom's to see Uncle Ed, Aunt Diane, Uncle Josh, and Mimi. Dad and Joanne were living it up in Florida so we missed them this year. We hit the hay early that night for some Black Friday shopping. This is the longest I have gone, EVER! Mom and I were at the mall by 5:30 and didn't get back from all our shopping until 3:30. WOW! But it was so, so fun and I wouldn't trade our fun time for anything!!
Needless to say it was a whirlwind trip, but overall a great 2013 Thanksgiving!
I'm calling it quits for the night to finish up the season premiere of Downton Abbey :)--BUT-I will be back later this week to recap our holidays! Goodnight!
